The flow is:
1. Data uploaded via Lighthouse SDK
2. Lighthouse stores it on IPFS (gets a CID)
3. Lighthouse creates Filecoin storage deals
4. Filecoin miners store the data with on-chain proof
So Lighthouse is the gateway/tool, Filecoin is the permanent storage layer.
