And they have a value. Some things are way above their value. And some things are way below their actual value. Some things can be way overpriced in relation to their value for a while. And some things can be way underpriced in relation to their value for a while. I feel like not enough people pay attention to this concept and waste their time too much parking their money in things that are way overpriced compared to their value.
