Circle CEO：归属于公司的ARK代币将以零成本计入“其他收入”
Odaily星球日报讯 Circle 联合创始人兼 CEO Jeremy Allaire 在今晚的财报电话会上回应了各家分析师的提问。
当回答归属于 Circle 的 ARK 代币将如何记账时，Jeremy Allaire 表示：“当 ARC 代币被创建时，这些代币将按成本计入 Circle 的资产负债表，而其成本为零。随后当 Circle 履行完代币预售协议下的义务后，我们将把这些代币的价值确认为‘其他收入’ ，该价值随后将直接体现在 RLDC（收入减去分销成本）和调整后的 EBITDA 中。”
