深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 11 日，据@cryptounfolded 披露，Circle 完成 Arc 代币预售，融资 2.22 亿美元，完全稀释估值达 30 亿美元，由 a16z 领投，BlackRock、Apollo 等主要机构参投。Arc 定位为面向机构合约、治理及 AI 代理的公共区块链，底层使用 USDC 结算，Circle 将获得 25%代币供应用于验证者收入。
