How do I view the processing fees?

Processing fees are charges applied to cover the cost of handling a financial transaction. We aim to keep processing fees low.

  • If a fee applies, we'll clearly display the fee amount.

  • Otherwise, you'll see No fee stated.

When selecting a withdrawal method, you'll always see the processing fees.

Examples of fees charged:

Flat fees

A fixed amount charged no matter how big or small your withdrawal is.

Example: If the flat fee is 3 EUR, you’ll always pay 3 EUR whether you withdraw 10 EUR or 1,000 EUR.

Percentage fees

The fee is calculated as a percentage of your withdrawal amount.

Example: If the fee is 2%, and you withdraw 100 EUR, you’ll pay a 2 EUR fee. If you withdraw 500 EUR, the fee would be 10 EUR.

Percentage + flat fees

This type of fee is a combination of both, so you'll pay a percentage of your withdrawal amount plus a fixed flat fee.

Example:

1.5% + 1 EUR fee

  • If you withdraw 200 EUR:

    • 1.5% of 200 EUR = 3 EUR

    • Plus 1 EUR flat fee

    • Total fee = 4 EUR

Actual fees being charged will be displayed on the Preview screen before you submit. This fee amount will always be deducted from your withdrawal amount.

Example: If you withdraw 10 EUR using a method that charges 2 EUR in fees, then 10 EUR will be withdrawn from your OKX account and 8 EUR will be deposited into your bank account.

What are withdrawal limits?

Withdrawal limits are the maximum amounts you can withdraw from your OKX account in a single transaction or within a set period (daily, weekly, or monthly). These limits are in place to protect your account and meet regulations. The limits can vary depending on factors like:

  • The withdrawal method you choose

  • Your account verification level

When selecting a withdrawal method, you'll find the remaining limit for each one. Select the information (i) icon for more details.

Processing time

Processing time is the estimated time it takes for your withdrawal to complete and for the funds to appear in your bank account. While we offer many cash withdrawal methods that are instant, some can take up to 5 business days depending on the type.

When selecting a withdrawal method, you'll always see the processing time.
