跨链 DEX WOOFi 发起提案，拟永久销毁 3 亿枚 WOO（占总供应约 15%、目前处于锁定状态），该提案已进入投票。若通过，WOO 流通量将达到 FDV 的 100%，未来不再产生稀释，并将终止 Match + Burn 机制。收入分配保持不变：40% 给质押用户、40% 用于回购销毁、20% 给基金会。投票基于 WOO Stake 的 XP 权重，投票期 7 天，将于 1 月 5 日 21:30（UTC） 开始。
