Consensys 因市场环境不佳将潜在 IPO 推迟至秋季
ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，以太坊应用开发商 Consensys 已将潜在 IPO 计划推迟至最早秋季，原因是市场环境不佳。Consensys 曾计划于今年 2 月底向 SEC 秘密提交 S-1 注册声明，并已聘请摩根大通和高盛牵头。2026 年 2 月加密市场因宏观不确定性、关税担忧和 Bitcoin ETF 资金外流等因素大幅下跌，导致多家加密公司暂停 IPO 计划。BitGo 是 2026 年唯一上市的加密原生公司，但股价较 IPO 价格下跌约 36%。Consensys 发言人表示不对市场猜测发表评论。Consensys 在 2022 年初完成 4.5 亿美元 D 轮融资，估值 70 亿美元。
