CLARITY法案审议直播：美参议院否决Warren涉爱泼斯坦记录披露修正案，多项修正案继续推进
Odaily星球日报讯 《加密货币市场结构法案》（即 CLARITY 法案）在美国参议院银行委员会的审议已开始，Elizabeth Warren 提出的多项修正案遭否决。其中，一项旨在删除法案第 401 至 403 条、限制银行参与数字资产业务的修正案，以 11 票赞成、13 票反对未获通过。
另一项更具争议性的修正案，则要求联邦银行监管机构公开与爱泼斯坦相关的银行监管信息，Warren 在发言中称爱泼斯坦曾是 Coinbase 的早期支持者，并认为加密货币可能被用于隐蔽非法支付活动，该修正案旨在揭示银行监管机构及相关银行是否早已知悉爱泼斯坦的行为，最终该修正案同样以 11 票赞成、13 票反对遭否决。
