菲律宾 SEC 发布投资者警告，提醒公众不要投资未注册加密交易平台

ChainCatcher 消息，菲律宾证券交易委员会（SEC）发布投资者警告，提醒公众不要在 dYdX、Aevo、gTrade、Pacifica、Orderly、Deriv 和 Ostium 等 7 家加密交易平台投资。

SEC 表示，上述平台未在委员会注册，亦未取得加密资产服务提供商（CASP）框架要求的必要授权。同时，SEC 警告，在菲律宾境内推广上述平台的个人可能被追究刑事责任，最高可处 5,000,000 菲律宾比索（约 89,000 美元）罚款或最高 21 年监禁。
