IP Strategy 宣布已授权 12 月 31 日前回购最多 100 万股股票
深潮 TechFlow 消息，2 月 20 日，据 Decrypt 报道，美股上市 IP 财库公司 IP Strategy Holdings, Inc. (纳斯达克代码：IPST) 宣布董事会已授权一项股票回购计划，允许公司在 2026 年 12 月 31 日前回购最多 100 万股流通股。截至 2026 年 2 月 18 日，IP Strategy 共有 10,259,226 股流通股，若全部执行回购计划，将减少近 10% 的流通股数量。
公司 CEO Justin Stiefel 表示，董事会授权股票回购计划反映了其认为市场目前未充分考虑公司所持 $IP 代币的内在价值，以及 2026 年从第三方托管验证服务中预期增长的高利润率经常性收入。
