深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 12 日，据彭博社报道，Microsoft 在 2023 年初的规划文件中曾设定目标，拟从其对 OpenAI 的早期大额投资中获得 920 亿美元回报。该信息于当地时间 5 月 11 日在美国加州奥克兰联邦法院庭审中披露，相关庭审涉及 Elon Musk 对 OpenAI 和 Microsoft 提起的诉讼。Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella 在庭上表示，这笔投资“之所以效果良好，是因为我们承担了风险”。
