法官驳回谷歌申请，搜索数据共享令维持执行
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 08 日，据 Bloomberg 报道，美国联邦法官 Amit Mehta 于当地时间周四驳回了 Alphabet（谷歌母公司）提出的暂停执行命令的请求。此前谷歌因被裁定非法垄断在线搜索市场，被要求在上诉期间向竞争对手开放其底层搜索数据。法官表示，由于数据共享实际落地至少还需数月，谷歌目前并不面临直接损害风险，因此驳回其暂停申请。
