Cardano创始人：Clarity法案或被“武器化”，抑制行业创新
Odaily星球日报讯 Cardano 创始人 Charles Hoskinson 对美国《Digital Asset Market CLARITY Act》提出强烈质疑，认为该法案可能在实施、政治风险及行业结构上带来长期负面影响。
Hoskinson 表示，即便法案通过，也可能需要长达 15 年的规则制定与落地过程，导致行业在不确定性中长期停滞。他指出，美国当前的政治环境（尤其是 FTX 事件之后）已使监管趋严，新项目可能被默认视为证券，从而抑制创新。
他进一步警告，该法案可能被未来执政者“武器化”，成为政治工具，不同党派上台后可能利用其中条款打击特定项目或行业参与者。
此外，Hoskinson 批评该法案设计复杂且过于“美国本位”，忽视全球监管协调，同时将过多精力放在稳定币收益等边缘议题上，而未能真正解决行业核心问题。
他认为，这种结构性设计反而可能利好已成熟项目（如 Cardano、XRP、Ethereum），却对新进入者构成更高门槛，进一步加剧行业集中化趋势。
