Google is not the issuer of the OKX Debit Card ("Card") and bears no responsibility for Card transactions or disputes. The parties shall bear their own attorneys’ fees and costs of arbitration unless otherwise ordered by the arbitrator. The parties shall share the JAMS arbitrator fees and expenses equally. The JAMS arbitration will be governed by the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules & Procedures, as modified by this Agreement.
