ZeroStack达成1.07亿美元0G代币融资协议，锁定0G近21%供应量
Odaily星球日报讯 纳斯达克上市公司 ZeroStack Corp.宣布已就一项以 0G 代币为锚定的 1.07 亿美元融资交易达成最终协议，交易完成后 ZeroStack 将持有约 21%的 0G 代币总供应量，根据融资条款，ZeroStack 为促成此次交易将成立一家位于德克萨斯州的公司 Texas Blocker，投资方拟出资 142,232,948 枚原生 0G 代币（价值约合 1.07 亿美元），Texas Blocker 将在股份完成交换后成为 ZeroStack 的全资子公司，股份交换预计将于 2026 年 7 月 5 日左右完成，但需满足惯例成交条件并获得股东批准。(Globenewswire)
