OpenAI 推出 AI 部署公司并收购 Tomoro，获逾 40 亿美元支持加速企业 AI 落地
ChainCatcher 消息，OpenAI 宣布推出全新业务部门 “OpenAI Deployment Company”，专注帮助企业将 AI 系统深度嵌入核心业务流程，并已同意收购 AI 咨询与工程公司 Tomoro。此次收购将为部署公司带来约 150 名 Forward Deployed Engineers（前线部署工程师）与部署专家。
OpenAI 表示，该部门将直接派驻工程师进入企业内部，与管理层及一线团队共同重构工作流、搭建 AI 生产系统，并推动 AI 在复杂商业场景中的实际落地。部署公司初始资金规模超过 40 亿美元，由 OpenAI 控股，TPG 领投，Advent、Bain Capital、Brookfield 等机构共同参与，合作方还包括高盛、软银、麦肯锡、Capgemini 等大型资本与咨询机构。
OpenAI 称，目前已有超 100 万家企业使用其产品，而下一阶段企业 AI 竞争的核心，将从 “使用 AI” 转向 “围绕 AI 重构组织与业务系统”。
