SEC批准Nasdaq代币化证券框架，部分股票与ETF可在区块链上发行与结算
Odaily星球日报讯 SEC已批准Nasdaq用于交易部分代币化股票和ETF的框架，允许相关证券以基于区块链的代币形式发行并进行清算与结算，同时与传统股票并行交易。该系统下，投资者可在数字钱包中持有代币化证券，清算与结算由美国存管信托与清算公司DTCC处理。Nasdaq表示将与加密交易所Kraken合作，在全球范围分发股票代币。Kraken旗下代币化股票平台xStocks的Val Gui称，此举释放出“126万亿美元股票市场将转向区块链轨道”的信号。1inch副总法律顾问Maylea Ma表示，该模式仍通过经纪商交易并经DTCC结算，区块链主要作为所有权记录的替代方式。（CoinDesk）
