Strategy CEO：仅会在支付股息或税务优化等特定情况下出售比特币
Odaily星球日报讯 Strategy CEO Phong Le 表示，公司仅会在特定情况下出售比特币，包括支付 STRC 优先股 11.5%股息以及进行税务递延或税务优化安排。
其表示，公司会优先评估出售比特币与发行股票之间哪种方式更有利于提升“每股比特币”指标，并强调只有在相关操作对普通股股东具有增值效果时才会出售 BTC。此前，Michael Saylor 曾表示，公司未来“可能会出售部分比特币用于支付股息”，引发市场关注。
截至目前，Strategy 持有 818,334 枚 BTC，价值超过 660 亿美元。Phong Le 认为，以当前比特币约 600 亿美元的日均交易量来看，公司每年约 10 亿美元规模的股息支出不会对市场价格造成明显冲击。（Cointelegraph）
