Odaily星球日报讯 ，受 Coinbase 宣布上线及 Paul Atkins 正式就任 SEC 主席双重利好影响，稳定币项目 Reserve Protocol 的治理代币 RSR 24 小时内涨幅达 13.6%，触及近两月高点 0.00835，当前市值约为 4.64 亿美元。 据其 CEO Nevin Freeman 表示，Paul Atkins 曾在 2019 年项目早期担任顾问，现已不再参与。Coinbase 此前在 X 平台发文称，将于美西时间 4 月 22 日上午 9 点（UTC 时间 16 点）在其以太坊 L2 网络 Base 上线 RSR。 此外，Paul Atkins 于 4 月 21 日正式宣誓就任 SEC 主席。他此前在参议院听证会上表示，将为加密资产构建“理性、一致、原则性”的监管框架，并设立 SEC 加密工作组，以与行业进行更开放的沟通。该职位由前主席 Gary Gensler 离任后，由 Mark Uyeda 临时担任至今。（Cointelegraph）
