IREN 披露与英伟达签署 AI 云合同规模为 34 亿美元并将加速比特币挖矿转型
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 09 日，据 Globenewswire 报道，纳斯达克上市公司 IREN 公布最新财报并披露与英伟达（NVIDIA）签署的 AI 云合同规模为 34 亿美元，IREN 将为英伟达部署风冷 Blackwell GPU 基础设施，合同期限为 5 年。
财报还显示，IREN 正加速从比特币挖矿向 AI 云业务转型，与微软 97 亿美元合同相关数据中心建设正推进中，截至 4月 30 日持有 26 亿美元现金，2026 财年第三季度营收为 1.448 亿美元，低于上一季度的 1.847 亿美元，受矿机淘汰相关非现金减值影响净亏损为 2.478 亿美元。
