Ignas 反驳 Vitalik 需要“更好 DAO”主张：DAO 治理结构仍存风险，COMP 治理攻击成现实案例
ChainCatcher 消息，针对以太坊联创 Vitalik 提出需要更多、更好的 DAO，DeFi 研究员 Ignas 在 X 平台发文驳斥称，DAO 通常由三类群体运营：核心团队或基金会、专业委托代表、以及巨鲸，专业委托代表的存在是由于多数代币持有者忽视治理，95%的投票是技术升级类型，且需要有人获得报酬来关注这些事务。
这种三方联盟存在缺陷和系统性风险，比如 2024 年价值 2400 万美元的 COMP 代币被社区投票“合法”地从 Compound 财库中转移至一个陌生且无法监控的多签地址中，引发了一场 DAO 治理攻击事件。 理论上只要项目创始人决定关心 DAO，这一切都是可行的，但很多人根本不会在意。
