Fluid DAO 提议成立基金会，每年拨款 300 万美元支持运营
ChainCatcher 消息，Fluid 正就一项治理提案进行讨论，提案由 Instadapp 首席运营官 DMH 于 2 月 23 日提交，建议将协议所有知识产权（包括智能合约代码、前端界面、域名及商标）转移至一家开曼群岛非营利基金会，并申请 DAO 每月拨款 25 万美元（约合每年 300 万美元）以支持工程、安全及业务运营。
基金会将无实际所有者，由保管人和董事运营，FLUID 代币持有者通过治理投票保留最终控制权，极端情况下可投票解散基金会。Fluid 目前 TVL 逾 12 亿美元，1 月协议收入约 110 万美元。若提案获批，每月拨款约占其历史最高月收入的 16%。知识产权转移法律工作预计于 2026 年中完成。
