阿联酋投资者在美伊冲突期间逢低买入AI及加密资产
BlockBeats 消息，4 月 16 日，据 Cointelegraph 报道，美伊冲突期间，阿联酋投资者选择逢低买入 AI 及数字资产，而非整体减仓。eToro 数据显示，第一季度阿联酋用户增持了多只股价大幅回调的软件及 AI 基础设施股票。eToro 市场分析师 Josh Gilbert 表示，阿联酋投资者行为由长期主题而非避险情绪主导，最明显的信号出现在 AI 基础设施与软件板块——ServiceNow（+125%）、Super Micro Computer（+65%）、Adobe（+54%）及甲骨文（+38%）均在市场承压背景下实现大幅增持。加密资产方面，Strategy Inc. 仍是阿联酋投资者持有量第八高的股票，显示出对加密关联资产的持续配置。
德意志银行 4 月 13 日报告指出，此次冲突更可能强化而非削弱该地区对 AI、网络安全及主权数字基础设施的需求；但同时援引报道称，阿联酋和巴林的亚马逊云服务数据中心已遭到袭击，阿布扎比计划中的 1GW Stargate 园区亦受到威胁。该报告还指出，海湾地区主权财富基金 2025 年合计管理资产约 5 万亿美元，阿布扎比相关机构是全球 AI 领域最积极的资金来源之一。
迪拜当地加密企业运营整体维持正常。HashKey MENA 董事总经理 Ben El-Baz 告诉 Cointelegraph，依托云端交易与托管系统，业务「整体保持正常」；Binance 亦证实绝大多数员工选择留守，但 Token2049 迪拜站已延期至 2027 年举办。迪拜虚拟资产监管局（VARA）持续推进活动类型监管框架，VARA 市场保障主管 Sean McHugh 表示，在压力时期，严肃的市场参与者寻求的是「最清晰」的监管环境，而非「监管最宽松」的司法管辖区。
