韩国 15 家停运虚拟资产服务商已冻结 221 亿韩元用户资产，返还率仅 0.3%
ChainCatcher 消息，据韩联社报道，韩国国民力量党议员 Kang Min-guk 从金融监督院获取的资料显示，截至 5 月 4 日，韩国境内已停止运营的虚拟资产服务商共 15 家，涉及用户约 194.9 万人，被冻结资产规模达 221 亿韩元（1487 万美元）。其中已将用户资产移交至数字资产保护基金会的运营商仅 6 家，涉及用户 192 万人，资产约 23.6 亿韩元（159 万美元）。通过基金会找回资产的用户仅 131 人，占全部用户的 0.006%，返还资产约 7452 万韩元（5 万美元），仅占总资产的 0.3%。
Kang 议员指出，现行法律未强制要求停运服务商将用户资产移交基金会，法律上缺乏强制执行手段，且基金会也未积极宣传资产返还申请流程。他呼吁金融监督院加快推进第二阶段立法，强化用户保护机制。
