How do I select the correct network for my crypto withdrawals and deposits?
A common mistake beginners can make is selecting the wrong network when sending your crypto. Make sure you're selecting the correct network so that your transaction is successful. Note: you are required to complete identity verification in order to make deposit. Crypto tokens are only compatible with the blockchain(s) they are built for transacting on. If you’ve sent your crypto to the wrong receiving address or blockchain network, please reach out and file a support ticket. Note that there's no guarantee that we can recover your crypto if it's lost, so always double-check that you're sending the right amount to the right address and network.
