Payward 申请美国国家信托牌照，布局合规托管业务
ChainCatcher 消息，Payward（Kraken 母公司）已向 OCC 申请国家信托公司牌照，计划设立 Payward National Trust Company（PNTC）。该实体将面向机构及个人客户，提供受监管、类银行级的数字资产托管与信托服务。
此前，Coinbase 与 Ripple 已相继获得类似牌照的有条件批准，显示加密机构正加速向合规金融体系靠拢。
