财新：SpaceX IPO首日自由流通市值或在4400亿至5300亿美元之间
Odaily星球日报讯 财新网发文《SpaceX 1.75 万亿美元 IPO 在即 谁能买？值得买吗？》，其中指出：华尔街从未遇到过一家 IPO 规模如此巨大，同时又与美国政府关系如此复杂的上市公司，纳斯达克此前已通过“快速纳入”(Fast Entry)新规，新上市的公司只要市值进入纳斯达克 100 指数的前 40 名就可以在上市后 15 个交易日内被快速纳入纳斯达克 100，此规则将于 2026 年 5 月 1 日正式生效，也被认为是针对即将上市的 SpaceX 而设计，同时也为可能在 2026 年年内或 2027 年上市的 OpenAl、Anthropic 铺路。
假设 SpaceX 按照 1.75 万亿美元估值、25%至 30%的自由流通比例上市，IPO 首日自由流通市值大约在 4400 亿至 5300 亿美元之间。按纳斯达克 100 权重计算，SpaceX 将直接进入前十大权重股。有市场消息称，标普 500 也在评估某种形式的“快速纳入”方案，细节尚未公开。(财新网)
