法院允许 Arbitrum DAO 链上投票并将被冻结 ETH 转至 Aave LLC
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 12 日，Aave 就 Arbitrum DAO 提案更新称，法院已于 5 月 8 日修改限制通知，允许 Arbitrum DAO 进行链上投票，并将因 rsETH 事件而被冻结的 ETH 转移至 Aave LLC，转移后该限制通知将附着于 Aave LLC。修订后的宪法 AIP 保留了此前 Arbitrum DAO 批准的追偿意图，相关 ETH 仍将用于 rsETH 追回。Aave 还表示，此前原告判决债权人于 5 月 1 日在一宗无关案件中向 Arbitrum DAO 送达限制通知，Aave LLC 随后提交紧急撤销动议。
