深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 06 日，据 Decrypt 报道，Apple 已同意支付 2.5 亿美元，以和解一项有关其在 iPhone 设备上夸大 AI 服务能力的集体诉讼。根据和解方案，于 2024 年 6 月 10 日至 2025 年 3 月 29 日期间在美国购买符合条件的 iPhone 15 和 iPhone 16 机型的用户，预计每台设备可获 25 至 95 美元赔付，覆盖约 3600 万台设备。诉讼焦点在于 Apple 于 2024 年 6 月发布的 Apple Intelligence 相关功能未按宣传落地，包括增强版 Siri 等。Apple 否认存在不当行为，并称争议仅涉及 Apple Intelligence 功能套件中的两项附加功能。
