ChainCatcher 消息，Aave CEO Stani 发推表示，美国最新市场结构法案草案已发布，该法案能为美国 DeFi 开发者提供强有力的法律保护，让他们有信心在美国构建和维护去中心化协议，而不会被迫承担只适合中心化模型的繁重义务。如果美国成功建立这一框架，全球其他地区都将跟随。
Stani 强调，与收益相比，监管清晰度对 DeFi 更为重要。《Clarity Act》的通过有望为 DeFi 带来类似《Genius Act》对稳定币那样的巨大顺风。
