Today, I'm proud to announce a significant milestone for our customers here in Singapore: we have launched instant, free-of-charge SGD deposits and withdrawals, facilitated by DBS. As one of the largest global exchanges to build this local infrastructure, this is a big step towards making digital assets more accessible for everyone in the country.

Having spent years in the financial and technology sectors, I've seen firsthand how the right infrastructure can transform customer experiences. Our local payment rails solve key friction points when it comes to interacting with the digital asset space by offering instant, zero-fee SGD deposits and withdrawals via PayNow and FAST respectively.

Security and compliance: our top priorities
As a licensed platform holding a Major Payment Institution (MPI) license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), security and regulatory compliance are the heart of everything we build.
Our local payment rails integration provides bank-grade security through Singapore's established banking infrastructure, while operating within MAS' regulatory framework.
We also recently implemented Singpass verification for streamlined customer onboarding, which now can be completed in about a minute.
